I used to live in Mexico. I lived there for a year and a half teaching English. 
I miss Mexico!!
I brought a little piece of Mexico home with me. Her name is Lola. She is a chihuahua with the biggest ears you ever did see. Think Skippy John Jones. She is seven pounds and quite crazy.
I love to cook and bake.
Lola loves to steal bites of whatever I am cooking or baking.
I work for Head Start. I'm a Family and Health Services Supervisor. I have some employees and they like to eat what I cook and bake too!
I have an amazing family.
